Year-Round Connect Volunteer Opportunities
God has uniquely gifted you to serve! By serving year-round with Samaritan’s Purse through Operation Christmas Child, you will be a part of proclaiming the Gospel in more than 100 countries. Use your talents and abilities together with other volunteers around the world to bring Good News and great joy to children in need and their families through shoebox gifts.
You will get training and support from your Operation Christmas Child team and can readily fit volunteering in with what you do at home, work, and other commitments.

Area Coordinator
Develop and lead an Area Team to mobilise and equip individuals, churches and groups to become actively involved in sharing the hope of Jesus Christ through Operation Christmas Child. Learn more.

Church & Community Relations
Church & Community Relations team members build and cultivate relationships with local Christian churches and groups to mobilise and equip them to share the hope of Jesus Christ through Operation Christmas Child. Learn more.

Logistics
Logistics volunteers develop, grow and lead a network of Drop-Off Locations and are the face of Operation Christmas Child as shoebox gifts are collected and begin their journey to reach children around the world. Learn more.

Prayer
Prayer is critical to all we do at Samaritan’s Purse. Operation Christmas Child prayer team members spend time in onsite prayer, personal intercessory prayer and corporate prayer for the local Area Team, local leadership team, and all areas of Operation Christmas Child activity. Learn more.

Office & Administration volunteers organise and manage resources and information for regional or area teams as they seek to engage with the community. This work is vital to bringing Good News and great joy to children in need. Learn more.
