Operation Christmas Child (OCC) – a project of Samaritan’s Purse Australasia – is a powerful evangelistic outreach, delivering gift-filled shoeboxes to children in need around the world. Every shoebox is an opportunity to share God’s love and the Good News of Jesus Christ.

We’re looking for a National Operations Manager to lead the logistics and operational efforts of OCC across Australia and New Zealand. From managing seasonal Processing Centres to overseeing shipping, warehousing, and volunteer training, you’ll ensure the smooth flow of over 300,000 shoeboxes every year.

Key Responsibilities

– Lead all OCC Operations, including domestic and international logistics
– Oversee Warehouse and Processing Centre operations, staffing, and setup
– Train and support logistics volunteers across regions
– Ensure safety and compliance across all operational activities
– Collaborate with national and international teams to drive mission goals

What We’re Looking For

– Strong leadership and logistics management experience
– Proven ability to build, equip, and inspire teams
– Passion for ministry and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
– Strong administrative and communication skills
– WH&S and Risk Management experience is a plus
