After deadly wildfires devastated California, forcing evacuations and destroying thousands of structures, Samaritan’s Purse is now on the ground responding in Jesus’ Name.
Volunteer teams are assisting homeowners on burned-out properties to search for items such as family heirlooms or any artefacts from life before the fire. Teams have the unique opportunity to share the love of Jesus Christ with these hurting families and to act as a listening ear and voice of encouragement.

Disaster relief staff and vehicles have deployed to the Eaton and Palisades Fires. Pray for the many affected by these infernos.
“We just have to wait til the fires are contained and are out before we can do anything,” said Franklin Graham, president of Samaritan’s Purse. “As soon as they give us the all clear, we’ll go in.”
